Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bonsaist application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bonsaist, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the App

Bonsaist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the app to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload in Bonsaist — your tree profiles, photos, care logs, and notes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Public Sharing

When you generate a public link for a tree, you acknowledge that the content at that link is accessible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public.

Service Availability

Bonsaist is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app is designed to work offline; core functionality remains available without an internet connection.

Intellectual Property

The Bonsaist name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of Bonsaist. You may not use these without prior written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonsaist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
